With social media use at an all-time high thanks to social distancing restrictions, Townsville Enterprise is flipping this concept on its head and reminding people that ‘you can do what you can see…one day soon’ with daily inspirational travel stories, content and experiences on its social media channels to keep Townsville North Queensland shining.

Live croc-feeding shows, recipe tips and tricks from award-winning local Chefs or a tour of the Great Barrier Reef from your couch are all fun and unique experiences we’re sharing with our followers on Instagram and Facebook to keep Townsville a must-visit destination post COVID-19.
Engagement with these unique posts has far exceeded our expectations, highlighting that there is a genuine desire to see, feel, hear and sample more of what or region offers and we’re excited to continue the social series for the next few weeks at least.

Townsville Enterprise is backing local business and offering support to our regional 'Support Local' campaigns.
We're encouraging all of North Queensland to band together and to support local, and explore local (when the time is right!).
