Townsville Enterprise manages an Accredited Visitor Information Centre in the Townsville CBD. This Centre is staffed by a team of Tourism Officers and friendly volunteers dedicated to enhancing visitor experiences and promoting Townsville Enterprise Members' products in the Townsville North Queensland region.

Opportunities exist for businesses to display their brochures in our Visitor Information Centre for $149 per year. The Centre welcomes over 15,000 visitors and receive over 2,000 telephone and email enquiries annually, providing key marketing exposure to visitors to the Townsville North Queensland region.
