Celebrating 30 Years

On the 2nd September 1991, Townsville Enterprise turned from an idea into a reality. Our predecessors hit the ground running, working in the interests of North Queensland from the very first day - securing big ticket events and getting shovels in the ground to build job creating, generational projects. Championing three decades of advocacy efforts and tourism campaigns, our members have made this 30 year journey possible and with their continued support over the next 30 years, Townsville Enterprise will continue to be a prominent voice for North Queensland.

OUR ANNIVERSARY COUNTDOWN

We are proud of our rich history and look forward to a strong future. For our 30th Anniversary we are taking a look back at some of the historic milestones our organisation has been involved in. To celebrate we counted down the days to our big 3-0 by sharing a unique story every day in the lead up to our anniversary.

HEAR ABOUT OUR WINS

Townsville Enterprise CEO, Claudia Brumme-Smith, sat down with TripleT radio to talk about her role and her vision for Townsville Enterprise. With a wealth of international business experience she talks about putting North Queensland on a global stage to continue the strong development of the region.

FOR OUR MEMBERS

At Townsville Enterprise we acknowledge we're only as strong as our members, everything we achieve is through their support. To help our members celebrate our 30th Anniversary with us we've created a special toolkit to download and use as a proud TEL member.

You can access:

  • a tile to use on social media (or however you please) that highlights how long you've been a TEL member
  • an email signature that showcases your involvement in growing North Queensland
  • every member will receive an A5 sticker to proudly display at their business

Keep an eye out for your unique toolkit in you membership pack. Here's a preview of what we've created for our members!
