“Last financial year, campaigns like this attracted more than 12,000 visitors, contributing $7.8 million in visitor spend, which has not only supported the industry through some its most challenging times but has also developed a proven formula worth continuing as we work closely with our tourism businesses to package up our destination in a fresh new way,” said Ms Woolfe.
“We have seen great interest from South Australia since the new direct flights opened, and this is one of many markets we’re hoping to access in this latest long-term strategic content campaign which aims to support the local tourism and hospitality industry after the most recent COVID restrictions.”
