Peter is the Senior Partner at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers, heading one of the Firm’s Commercial Workgroups, with more than 30 years experience helping business owners and individuals achieve their commercial goals. Specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, share sales and asset sales/purchases, Peter’s advice is trusted by CEOs, directors, board chairs, and business owners throughout Queensland.

Based in Townsville, Peter serves clients throughout Queensland and further afield. His industry knowledge spans medical, dental, and trades sectors, with a particular focus on rural and agricultural clients, including poultry farmers, graziers (both cattle and sheep) and sugar cane producers.

Known for his responsiveness and proactive approach, Peter works collaboratively with clients and relevant stakeholders to move transactions forward and achieve commercial outcomes quickly.

Peter is a Life Member of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce and has been a director of Townsville Enterprise Limited since 2023.
