A big congratulations and a thank you to Townsville Enterprise for a fantastic ‘Find Your Shine’ campaign. My husband, Rob and I own Tropical Palms Resort & 4WD Hire on Magnetic Island. In conjunction with Townsville Enterprise, a package was created and marketed and WOW – what a fantastic response. It far exceeded our expectations. We booked 44 packages which is 88 bed nights and 44 car rentals during what can be a quieter time of year. All our guests loved Magnetic Island, many saying they would be back and would be telling their friends to visit also. The whole process was made super easy. Everybody involved did a great job, the teams at the information centres were lovely to deal with and Bookeasy is a very straight forward booking platform. Thanks to everyone involved, again congratulations for a successful campaign.
Northern Conquest Charters participated in Townsville Enterprise’s Find Your Shine campaign at the end of 2020. The team took our fishing tour and created an amazing fishing package which generated bookings and interest the moment it went live. It generated thousands of dollars’ worth of bookings and sold our tour to new markets that would be difficult for us to access alone. The campaign results well and truly exceeded our expectations, so much so that as a result of the bookings and enquiries we have launched extra trips to manage the demand. With the campaign putting our brand and business in the spotlight, we’ve seen a good spike in direct enquiries also and believe that this marketing activity has strengthened awareness of what we have to offer – something that will benefit us for months to come. We look forward to being part of more campaigns with Townsville Enterprise.
