ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Liz holds a number of qualifications and training from various institutions within Australia and internationally including a Doctor of Philosophy, Juris Doctorate, Master of Community and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor of Science. Her scholarship in commercial law and regulation has earned her recognition domestically and overseas. In addition to authoring many articles, she is the author of two books.

Liz also conducts research in the areas of intellectual property management, non-profit governance, and contracting relationships in development cooperation. In her teaching activities Liz has lectured and coordinated subjects in law including Australian Legal System, Business Associations, Business Law, Constitutional Law, the Law of Commercial Entities, the Law of Cross-Border Transactions, Franchising and Small Business, Tort Law, Contract Law and Contemporary Issues in Law and Society.
