There is an expectation within the Grant Deed with the State Government that Townsville Enterprise Limited do not have the authority to distribute any Business Case information or documents to third parties. Townsville Enterprise Limited is committed to ensuring this obligation is met and the information remains confidential in the delivery of the Business Case to the State and Federal Government
In addition, Townsville Enterprise Limited has a policy to refer all third-party requests for documents or information relating to the Hells Gates Dam and Big Rocks Weir Business Case to the Project Leadership Group for consideration.
