Our Events
There is always something to do in the Townsville Region.
There
is an extensive calendar of art exhibitions, craft shows, river
festivals, charity events, markets, sporting events and leisure expos,
plus impressive annual crowd-pullers like the Townsville 400 V8
Supercars race in July and the Australian Festival of Chamber Music in
July/August.
The colourful Australian-Italian Festival fills the streets of Ingham in
May and the sound of leather on willow at the Goldfield Ashes echoes
through Charters Towers at the end of January each year.
