Forgot your password?

Did you forget your password? Email your company name and the email address attached to your account and our Website Administrator will send you your temporary password.

Change your password

Need to change your password? Click the Change Password tab from the menu bar and follow the prompts.

Update your details

To update your details in our Online Member Directory, click on the Edit Your Details tab and follow the prompts. Alternatively you can fill in our Update Your Details form and email to our Web Administrator at memserv@tel.com.au or FAX to 4726 2700.
