Terms and Conditions

If Townsville Enterprise approves your request to use any Townsville logo, tagline, photographs or other distinctive features (“Townsville Brand”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).

You agree to comply with the branding guidelines within the Brand Book. So long as you do so, and provided that Townsville Enterprises approves your request, Townsville Enterprise grants permission to use the Townsville Brand for the sole purpose and only for the materials listed within the application form.

Townsville Enterprise reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Townsville Brand and to take action against any use that does not conform to these terms and conditions, infringes any Townsville Enterprise intellectual property, or violates law.

As Townsville Enterprise is not charging for the use of the Townsville Brand, in no event shall Townsville Enterprise be liable to you, or other damages arising out of the Agreement.

This Agreement, the Townsville Region Brand Book, and the Application Form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
